Real Reviews
Every review here is from a Clear Path client on our Google profile.
βAfter weeks of speaking with different DVA advocates, asking everyone I knew for recommendations, and still not knowing who to go with, I decided on Clear Path Veterans after a 45-minute initial conversation with Luke Martin.β

Why it matters
Your PI payment is only as good as your paperwork
DVA's assessors rate what is written down in front of them. Most veterans never see that evidence properly until the offer arrives.
We check it before it counts.
Conditions left out
An accepted condition never put forward for assessment earns nothing.
Impact undersold
Short, vague answers about work and home life lead to a lower rating.
Fixed too late
Once the offer is out, fixing it means a reconsideration or an appeal.
Your PI review
Done remotely by veteran advocates, before your claim goes in or before your assessment.
A guided assessment of your accepted conditions
Full questionnaires on your current claims, scored against the same GARP M tables DVA itself uses.
An expert review by our advocates
An advocate checks every answer against your claim history and the assessment guides, and flags anything missing, under-reported, or not yet claimed.
Written commentary and recommendations
What your result means, what is driving it, and what is worth doing next, in writing.
A 30-minute call with an advocate
We walk you through what we found and the exact next steps. You leave knowing where you stand.
45 days of access, and everything to keep
Use the calculator for 45 days from when you first open it, and download your result and everything we prepare for you.

We have filled in the same forms, sat the same assessments, and waited on the same DVA letters. That is why we do the work ourselves and never outsource your claim.

Straight answer
Free advocates exist. Here is why veterans still come to us.
Ex-service organisations like the RSL have trained advocates who help for free, and you can find one on the DVA Advocacy Register. Many of them do great work, and if that suits you, use them.
Veterans come to us when they want a team that does this full time, works around their schedule, and has been through the same system. The PI review has one fixed price, set out on this page, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you start.
Half price for the first 500 veterans
Your PI review for $597 inc. GST
Questionnaires, an advocate review, and a 30-minute call. Normally $1,194 inc. GST. Book a free call first and only pay if it is right for you.
Questions
The things veterans ask first
What do I get for $597?
A guided assessment with full questionnaires on each of your accepted conditions, an expert review of your answers by one of our advocates, written commentary and recommendations, and a 30-minute call where we go through what we found. You get 45 days of access, and you can download everything to keep.
Who is this for?
Veterans with at least one condition DVA has already accepted, under MRCA or DRCA, who want to know whether their permanent impairment claim reflects the real impact of their conditions. If nothing has been accepted yet, PI comes later. Book anyway and we will tell you what to claim first.
When do I pay?
Booking is free. On the booking call we confirm the review suits your situation. You only pay once you decide to go ahead.
How is this different from your no win, no fee service?
The PI review is a fixed fee for the review itself: the assessment, the expert review, the written commentary and your 30-minute call. If you want us to take your claim further after that, we explain what is involved and what it costs before you agree to anything. There is no obligation.
Is the half price offer real?
Yes. The full price of the PI review is $1,194 including GST. The half price of $597 including GST is for the first 500 veterans, and the counter on this page shows how many places are taken. Once they are gone the price goes back to $1,194.
Can you guarantee a higher PI payment?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. DVA and its medical assessors decide your impairment rating. What we can do is make sure the evidence in front of them is complete and accurate.
I already have an advocate. Can I still use this?
Tell us on the call. We will not step into an active claim someone else is running without you deciding that is what you want.
Are you lawyers?
No. Clear Path Veterans is a veteran-run advocacy business, not a law firm, and nothing on this page is legal advice. Our co-founders served 19 years between them in the Royal Australian Navy and have been through the DVA system themselves.
