DVA Claims Help for Veterans in Wagga Wagga
Wagga Wagga is home to one of the most important training establishments in the ADF. Kapooka has been the gateway to Army service for generations of soldiers, and RAAF Base Wagga trains air force personnel across multiple trades. Thousands of veterans who passed through Wagga during their careers have settled in the Riverina region. If you need help with a DVA compensation claim, CSC invalidity application, or appeal, Clear Path Veterans can help.

DVA Compensation Claims
We prepare and lodge initial liability claims under the MRCA, VEA, and DRCA. We handle the evidence, medical liaison, and claimant report forms so your claim is strong before it reaches a delegate.
Permanent Impairment
We help you prepare for your PI assessment and make sure your impairment points and lifestyle rating reflect the real impact on your life.
CSC Invalidity Classification
If you've been medically discharged, your CSC invalidity classification determines your ongoing pension. We help with initial classifications, reconsiderations, and reclassification reviews across MSBS, DFRDB, and ADF Cover.
Appeals and Reviews
If your DVA claim has been refused or your CSC classification is wrong, we help you challenge the decision through reconsideration, the Veterans' Review Board, or the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Serving veterans across the Riverina
Wagga Wagga’s military presence spans decades, and many veterans who trained or were posted here stayed in the region. We work with veterans across Wagga Wagga, Albury-Wodonga, Griffith, and the wider Riverina who served at:
Kapooka (Army Recruit Training Centre)
Every Australian Army soldier since 1951 has completed their initial training at Kapooka. Recruits undergo intensive physical training over 12 weeks, with high rates of musculoskeletal injuries including stress fractures, knee injuries, lower back conditions, and soft tissue damage. Many training injuries don’t present as chronic conditions until years after service. If you were injured during recruit training at Kapooka, those conditions are claimable regardless of how long ago it happened.
RAAF Base Wagga
Home to the RAAF School of Technical Training, No. 1 Recruit Training Unit (Air Force), and the RAAF College. Personnel training in aviation maintenance, electronics, and ground support roles are exposed to sustained noise from aircraft, chemicals, and physical demands specific to their trades.
Blamey Barracks
Home to Army Logistic Training Centre and other training establishments. Personnel posted here for instructor or course duties often accumulated cumulative physical strain from years of training activity.
If you served at any of these locations, or anywhere else in NSW, and you have conditions related to your service, we can help you claim.
